Clerance Bowling Shoes

A sip of hemlock does not deny anyone

If I condemn you to death
not easily find another, as I am,
it was put by God on the side of the city,
as the side of a great horse race
(pr greatness but just a bit 'lazy and needs
of being prodded by a horsefly).

[...] As one who, prodded by pursuing
and claimed one by one, never cease to
him stay there all day, everywhere. Another
like me will not be easy to be born, or citizens.
So, if you give me a straight, you have to perform. But you probably
angry with me, as those who are awake while they are sleeping
, given me a big shot
easily condemn me to death and then continue
to sleep for the rest of life.

(Plato, Apology of Socrates, 30th-31st)
